Who I am

Simple Sites is a one-person web design business run by Ryan Weaver in Greenwood, Delaware. Contact: simplesites.us@gmail.com or (302) 217-2796.

What I collect

• What you type in the request form: your name, business name, phone and/or email, your current online presence, what you need, and any details you add.
• Basic visit information sent with your request: the page you were on, the page or link that brought you here (including any campaign tags in the link), and the first page you viewed.
• Anonymous visit counts (pages viewed and visitors) from my website host's built-in analytics.
• A simple record of how I follow up on your request, so I can manage the business relationship.

Why

To respond to your request, to see which pages and links bring in real inquiries, and to keep spam out.

Who can see it

Only me, plus the services I use to run the site: my website host (ChatGPT Sites, from OpenAI) and Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script), where requests are delivered and recorded. I don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses its host's built-in analytics to count visits. I don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. To tell which page or link brought you to a request, the site briefly remembers the first page you viewed and any campaign tags in the link, in your browser's session storage only.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your request and manage the business relationship. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Contacting you

I'll use the phone number or email you gave me, only about your request. Message and data rates may apply for texts. Reply STOP to any text and I'll stop texting you.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete the information you sent me, email simplesites.us@gmail.com or text (302) 217-2796.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children.
